Q1:Do you have any certification?
A:Yes,our radios have FSC and ISO certificate.

Q2:Are you able to do a samll order ?

A:Yes.As usual the MOQ is 500pcs,if your quantity is less than 500pcs,contact us for information regarding our OEM policy.

Q3: When can you ship the products after payment?
A: Usually for sample order we will arrange shipping about around 3-7 days after confirm your payment.For bulk order,it will depend on your quantity,usually around 20 days upon receipt of 30% deposit.

Q4:What is your payment terms?
A: Usually T/T(wire transfer) or Western Union. Paypal for small amount.

Q5. How to place a order?
1. Offer needing details (models, quantity, product customized demands, shipment) to us.
2. We will make PI and send it to you.
3. Checking the PI and confirm it, then you pay the payment;
4. We will arrange the production quickly once payment received.
5. Taking photos for mass production, production finish then deliver the goods soon.
6. Send the tracking number to you and track the goods until you receive goods.
