Q: How can I get a sample?
A: Please contact our customer service directly or leave the message.
According to your request, we can provide free stock samples, if you can accept the freight collected.
For custom samples, we will produce the sample and send them to you at the first time, if you can accept the sample cost and freight collected.
This fee will be deducted from the purchase price when you place the order in the future.

Q: How can I place order?
A: After we made agreement on the product' surface, details and price, we will make proforma invoice for your confirmation. When we got your advance payment (deposit) and final confirmation, we will make PPS samples for you.
After you confirm the sample, we will start mass production. Due to different processing techniques, it takes 30-45 days to produce the goods.
When goods ready, if there is no problem, please arrange balance payment to us.
If you have your own ship forwarder, we will use your ship forwarder to delivery the goods.
If you don't have ship forwarder, then when the goods arrived at Destination port, you must find a ship forwarder help you clear the custom.
Q: What's your payment term?
A: 30% deposit in advance by T/T, balance 70% be paid when the goods ready.
Please confirm everything clearly before you make payment.
Q: How about the shipping?
A: For small orders, we will send the goods by International Express like DHL, TNT or UPS. Usually it takes 3-7 work days to arrive.
If big quantity we will ship by Ocean transportation, it takes about one month to arrive.
If urgent, you can select shipping by Air, but freight charge will be more expensive.
