Automotive Power Battery Refinement Dismantling Equipment

The purpose of the new Qintch fine dismantling machine for automotive power batteries is to provide a processing machine capable of sorting recyclable positive electrode, negative electrode and diaphragm paper battery cells in automotive power batteries.

The original model was designed with the idea of separating the three materials of positive electrode, negative electrode and diaphragm paper, so the second generation of our production machine is designed with the idea of simplifying and speeding up the previous equipment and dropping the negative electrode, positive electrode and diaphragm paper onto the belt line respectively.

The average working efficiency is 45s to dismantle a cell; we estimate that we can do it faster through our previous equipment experience, and we will improve the equipment efficiency when the equipment is commissioned, and maximize the equipment utilization after stable production.

Process description.

1. workers put the product in the positioning fixture, there are sensors in the fixture to determine whether there are electric cores, after confirming the robot automatically grasp; subsequent feeding can be based on other equipment docking layout, reserved for automatic feeding interface.

2. The 6-axis robot grabs the product and moves it to the battery pack dismantling mechanism for auxiliary dismantling

3. The dismantled negative electrode, positive electrode, diaphragm paper and products are sent out by the conveyor line.

Description.
